What great experience for my 1st time at Joia Hall Jamica. From an easy breezy check in with Rohan, to our ever so patient night butler Kadeen, making multiple trips to our room on day one, to ensure we had everything in order. Then the our marvelous concierge Marvalyn, bubbly and endless smiles, escorting us around and ensuring were were not lost. To our club tour and personal breakfast with Charles. Our welcome to the club family with Swaby, and our much needed hot stone massage with Beverly... I can honestly say, this was a grand trip, and I/we are looking forward to booking again sooner then soon. It is a pleasure to have stayed here with the ENTIRE staff here are Rose Hall! :)

My daughter and I had an amazing mother/daughter vacation with just the two of us. It was extra special because it was both of our Birthdays! Alain Andre our Butler, treated us like the Queens we are! It was a Joia good time, and we can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived at JOIA Rose Hall Iberostar, we knew we were in for something truly special. This all-inclusive adult resort exceeded every expectation and delivered a flawless vacation experience that I can’t wait to share. Impeccable Service and Warm Hospitality The staff at Iberostar went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. Every team member, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was a serene oasis—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The private balcony with breathtaking views was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail at sunset. The culinary experience here was nothing short of spectacular. With multiple gourmet restaurants included, we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes ranging from local specialties to international cuisine. The all-inclusive drinks menu featured expertly crafted cocktails and premium beverages that complemented every meal. Whether lounging by the pool, indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, or participating in the activities, every moment was pure bliss. The adults-only atmosphere ensured a peaceful and romantic environment, ideal for couples or anyone. The resort’s grounds are immaculate, with lush landscaping and stunning beachfront access. Best service ever! The beginning of June wasn’t so busy so we had the prestige section to ourselves! Amazing staff! SHELISAA! MELISSA!! DONAVAN!!! Alll we’re SOO friendly/helpful for all our needs! Beautiful beach for us. Towels on our bed before we came down first thing. Chef Odane personally come over almost everyday we were staying to bring us beef and chicken pattys!! Super delicious ?? Overall 10 out of 10. Thank you again!

The whole trip was amazing. A special shout out to Shelisa, Melissa, Donavan, and chef Odane at the star prestige area From our initial arrival Shelisa made us feel so welcome and catered our every need.
