We were on a family/Anniversary vacation trip. When we finally arrived at this absolutely beautiful Resort (Paradise), although I must be honest the check-in process could have been and should be a little less confusing. Once that part was completed we were greeted by our AWESOME BUTLER'S that never left our side until after they explained the in's and outs the do's and dont's. We woke up with a greeting and ended the night with a greeting. They made us feel like family the whole stay. I feel that we have made life time friends. Dewite, Okeen(Me and my husbands AWESOME AND AMAZING BUTLER'S MY JEFFREY AND CARLTON), Susan and Kamere(My families AWESOME AND AMAZING BUTLER'S)was the best Butler's hands down. They all made our stay worth every dollar spent??Never a time went by that they were not on top of things from making our dinner reservations, rooms together and a ride if we needed it. The AWESOME bartenders China(Pool Bar) our glasses never stayed empty and HUNI those drinks were always on point my favorite one HANDS DOWN IS THAT BOB MARLEY YEAH MON! Shimma you are AMAZING that smile, your kindness and thoughtfulness just drew me to you. You made sure that me, my sister and niece had what we needed when it started to pour down raining while in/at bar pool. We had everything we needed at the Resort that we didn'thave to leavethe resort, I even had my first experience snorkeling on the beautiful island. Our five day stay there in HIDEAWAY at ROYALTON NEGRIL (PARADISE) was JAMAZING MON. If I've forgotten anyone charge it to my mind and not my heart because you all were absolutely beautiful people. We had the BEST time at Hideaway! We came for our wedding May 15-21 2025 and it was truly magical. All the staff are EXCELLENT, friendly and welcoming!! Our Butlers, Dwight and Okeen made our experience one of a kind! The food was great, energy is always high and lots of entertainment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort and we will be going back.

Having read the reviews and comments before arriving, we were worried about this holiday. However, It was needless. It has been wonderful. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and were shown to a lovely room. The food at the main buffet has been great and we have eaten at the a la carte restaurants each evening having been able to get a booking without a problem. Staff have been friendly and helpful It is very clear that the hotel have taken the feedback seriously as we have been asked about our stay multiple times and even the smallest of ‘issues’ resolved. (We wanted diet cokes in mini bar and i couldn’t get the plug out of the bath!!) Finally, the reason I chose this hotel was for the yoga! I attended my first session with Garrison this morning and it did not disappoint!

I had an amazing experience with Yoga! The session was both energizing and grounding. The instructor Garrison created a welcoming and calming atmosphere, guiding us through each pose with clarity and mindfulness. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired to continue practicing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.

The best part of my stay was the ocean view from my beautiful room! Everything and everyone was perfect. The service from the room staff to the front desk was exemplary! Would definitely stay here again. Just perfect! Good variety every day for food choices. Something different every night. Swim out bar was always lively! Such a relaxing place to stay. We were on the adults only side. The Hideaway. Can’t say enough about the excellent staff!!!
